CONTEMPORARY RUSSIAN pro-Western HOW PROJECT

Our historical experience we have clearly learned nothing. The amazing thing - the desire of our elites to continue westward to copy only increased! It is obvious that the neo-liberal course failed miserably, not only in the peripheral countries, but also in the countries that were set us the example of the last 20 years. The inevitable bankruptcy of the Western economies underlines clearly the ideological bankruptcy of modern capitalism. It is natural to expect that companies, experts, international institutions and government officials committed to the global financial "sinecures" will scramble to defer the need to pay the bills. It may well be that some new bubble convince speculators around the world to end the crisis, and they will run with increased zeal to invest their money in the assets and derivatives. Thus, the illusion of their efficiency will continue.

Our Russian comprador elite will not stand aside. It is interesting that in their circles saved neoliberal views contrary to regular bouts of anti-Western rhetoric from the top political leadership of the country. Unfortunately, the economic policy philosophy remains unchanged.Once again we hear of privatization and cuts in social spending, and the state continues to previously taken a course to reduce its participation in the education, health, the development of science, etc. The crisis revealed the dominance of axioms unregulated, chaotic capitalism in the minds of economists, professors and students. But this doctrinairism officially left undisturbed.

Elite still energetic attempts to imitate the west largely because derives its legitimacy there.Russia, in its present form - is pro-Western project. That is why the political and business elite do not want to deal with the autonomous social and economic development of our country, that like the plague fear of favor with the Western "partners". Is it possible to imagine a Russian oligarch, who voluntarily surrendered to the comfort of hotels in Paris and London banks services, walks on yachts in the Mediterranean Sea and holidays on the French Riviera? After all, it is the ability to bring capital and live happily ever after on them without fear for their place under the sun, relishing the late Soviet nomenclature. This determined the subsequent direction of motion in the direction of the looting of state property, the gap of economic ties, reorientation of existing economic system to market conditions beyond our control global markets.

I repeat that the Russian elite is legitimate as far as the West considers it such. So, for the safety of their capital to lose face dangerous to Western "partners" rather than to their own people. All the words in our Constitution that "the only source of power in the Russian Federation is its multinational people" (RF Constitution, Art. 3, para. 1), remain just words. In fact, the source of power is transnational capital who "exercise their power," including "by public authorities" (RF Constitution, Art. 3, para. 2).

I am convinced that the task №1 for us is to define a new, more rational social and economic policy. I think the present course is extremely irresponsible and criminally shortsighted.Taking into account the objective conditions in which we live in our country, I am inclined to believe that the answers to urgent questions can be found only within the left-patriotic initiative. The answers have not been found. But we must understand that under the current neo-liberal development paradigm, the answers never if only because it will be found at any cost strives to maintain the status quo, and therefore does not ask the system questions, content with a superficial study of the problems. Do not ask the right questions, get the right answer is not possible.
